how do you add a constituent to an existing list

   Hi June,

   To add a constituent to a list, you can edit the list (from the list
   manager page), and then search for and select the constituent you want
   to add.

   After that, save the list again, and the constituent will be added.

   I'd like to send an email to all new Friends who have given me their email address to see if they would like to receive our emails. Two questions. Is there an easy way to get a list of the new Friends I've entered today? Secondly, how do I send one email to multiply people?
